Bianca Fathauer
Showroom Director & DesignerBianca is one of the first people you will meet during the process. She helps set expectations for the client and guide them through the steps in the design process. Her goal is to educate the customer on the services we provide and steer them towards solutions that fit their unique situation. Her expertise spans from remodeling of existing homes to working with new construction clients in taking them from concept to completion.
Lori Rose
Project CoordinatorLori is enthusiastic about merging her past experiences in design with her new and rapidly growing knowledge of the Building and Construction Industry. Lori will be primarily focusing on logistics and the customer service contact once construction begins, ensuring all details are executed in a timely and orderly fashion. Lori’s dedication to both quality designs and customer experiences make her an excellent addition to the HDC team.
Ronnie Bonito
Operations ManagerRonnie is known for his positive attitude and get-it-done mentality. His primary position is to guide and direct all details of the construction phase with the installers and to turn the dream into a reality. Regularly checking in on milestones while executing effective strategy to complete all projects at a top quality level while staying on track for timely completions.
Jessica Whittaker
Interior DesignerI got my degree in Interior Design in 2009. Early on, I worked alongside a designer on several 15-25,000 square foot homes from sand lots to the forks and knives on the table. I was in charge of all of the specifications, drawings, design and logistics. I have a natural eye for balance in space planning and an understanding of functionality, aesthetics and how they work together. I am an organized list person that likes to tackle challenges and make clients visions come to life.
